Product Introduction

Product Working Principle

1. Raw material fermentation and deodorization - Raw material crushing - Automatic raw material batching system - Mixing - Organic fertilizer granulation, drum granulation, extrusion granulation, disc granulation, composite granulation (various granulation equipment can be selected)
2. Drying organic fertilizer particles with a dryer (multiple options available for drying heat sources) - Cooling machine (cooling and cooling organic fertilizer particles) - Screening machine (screening qualified organic fertilizer particles) - Coating machine (increasing glossiness and selling well) - Packaging (automatic weighing, bagging, automatic sealing)

Product Usage Scope

Organic fertilizer raw materials (animal manure, household waste, dead branches and leaves, biogas residue waste bacterial strains, etc.) are fermented and enter a crusher for crushing. Then, elements such as nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium are added (pure nitrogen, phosphorus pentoxide, potassium chloride, chloride, etc.), and stirred with a mixer. Then, they enter the new organic fertilizer granulation mechanism for particles. After coming out, they are dried and screened through a screening machine. Qualified products are packaged and unqualified ones are returned to the granulation machine for granulation
