Product Description

The wood chipper can process pine, miscellaneous wood, spruce, cedar, and bamboo. Due to its compact structure, small footprint, good chipping, low power consumption, and suitability for mobile operations, it is suitable for the material preparation section of small and medium-sized creative board and fiberboard production enterprises. It can also be used for individual households to produce commercial wood chips.
The wood chips cut by the sawdust device have small particle sizes and can be sent to the crushing device for further crushing without drying in the sun. The crushed wood chips are sent to the aggregate location by a fan. The entire equipment is driven by only one electric motor, with a simple structure, compact layout, stable operation, low energy consumption, high output, good wooden eyebrow products, and low processing costs. Crushing principle:
1. It consists of three major parts: the body, the middle body, and the lower body.
2. The crushing knife consists of a Type 7 knife, a Type 1 knife, and a centrifugal knife.

Maintenance and upkeep of the machine
1. The bearings of the host are responsible for the entire load of the machine, so good lubrication has a great impact on the bearing life, which directly affects the service life and operating rate of the machine. Therefore, it is required that the injected lubricating oil be clean and sealed well.
2. Each fastening screw is prone to loosening and must be checked regularly. If there is any looseness, it should be tightened in a timely manner.
3. Pay attention to replacing worn parts when checking the wear level of easily worn parts.
4. Regularly add lubricating oil to the friction position to ensure mechanical performance and lifespan.
5. If the bearing oil temperature rises, it should be stopped immediately to check the cause and eliminate it.
6. If there is any impact during the operation of the rotating gear, it should be immediately stopped for inspection and eliminated.
7. After the machine is not in use, it should be placed indoors and the sawdust inside the machine should be cleaned to avoid affecting future use and production.
