Precautions and operating methods before starting the hydraulic oil press
1. Clean the mailbox thoroughly and add enough hydraulic oil
2. Check if the bolts in each part are loose.
3. Check if the wiring is correct and connect the ground wire
4. After turning on the power, raise the automatic temperature control switch to around 70 degrees. First, place a cushion on the lower hole plate in the material barrel, then add the fried oil to the material barrel. After filling it up, place the cushion and the partition plate. Close the movable cover and start pressing. Place the directional valve in the upward position for about 6-10 minutes

5. When the pressure gauge pointer sounds like a red needle at 50 MPa, the electrical control system automatically stops. When a small amount of oil seeps out of the material barrel, the pressure gauge pointer drops to a green needle at 46 MPa, the electrical control system automatically starts, and the pressure rises again. There is no oil seeping out of the material barrel, and the oil has been completely discharged before unloading.
6. Relieve the pressure, hold the handle of the directional valve and slowly place it in the descending position, so that the material barrel can be lowered to a distance of about 100 millimeters. Place the directional valve in the middle empty position, and pull open the movable top to take out the cake
7. Place the directional valve in the raised position and start to raise the material cake. Wait until the hole plate on the piston plate is about 5mm from the discharge cylinder surface. Leave the directional valve in the middle position and remove the upper partition plate and cushion. Take out the material cake
8. Then place the directional valve in the lowering position to quickly lower the piston and prepare for further pressing
