| The squeezing granulator is a key equipment for granulating compound fertilizers. The equipment is produced at room temperature and does not require drying of particles for one-time compaction. It is suitable for producing special compound fertilizers with high, medium, and low concentrations for various crops. Jipi processing is made using high-precision CNC machining. The contact part between the machine and materials is made of 304 stainless steel material. The lifespan of the leather can reach over 1500t, with a production capacity of over. Produced using a non drying process, granulated at room temperature, and formed in one go. It is a compound fertilizer granulation equipment with low investment and good economic benefits. This series of granulators can customize the shape and size of the ball and socket on the leather according to customer needs, with a wide range of choices. The ball pressure shapes include pillow shaped, semi-circular particle shaped, pill shaped, and so on. This machine can be paired with corresponding equipment to form a small production line, forming a certain capacity of continuous and mechanized production. |

The roller granulator is divided into four main parts:
1. Rack section: All working bodies of the machine are installed and fixed on the rack. The frame of this machine is made of medium carbon steel plate and welded with channel steel, and the purpose of this machine is achieved through strict quality control and specific process requirements. There are lifting holes in the middle of the four corners of the frame for use in loading, unloading and transportation.
2. Transmission connection part: The electric motor drives the pulley, V-belt, and reducer to drive and make the machine head work. There are also sprockets and chains that form a transmission chain to transmit to the crushing and separation work section. The transmission reducer and the working part of the machine head are driven by a nylon pin coupling that meshes with each other.
