The heavy-duty vertical axis sand making machine has the characteristics of high crushing ratio, adjustable discharge particle size, unaffected by the wear of the plate hammer lining plate, no screen bar setting, and not suitable for blocking materials with high moisture content and high mud content when crushing. 

The material vertically falls into the high-speed rotating impeller from the upper part of the machine, and under the action of high-speed centrifugal force, it collides and crushes with another part of the material that is divided in an umbrella shape around the impeller at high speed. After colliding with each other, the material will form a vortex between the impeller and the casing, which collides and rubs with each other multiple times, and is discharged directly from the lower part, forming a closed circuit and multiple cycles, Controlled by screening equipment to achieve the required particle size of the finished product.
