The massive ore falls into the upper crushing chamber through the feeding hopper and onto the upper throwing plate. With the centrifugal force of the throwing plate, the material is thrown towards the inner wall of the cylinder, violently colliding with the impact plate installed on the inner wall. At the same time, the materials collide with each other, causing them to break or produce a large number of hairline cracks. Then, after the material enters the conical rotor chamber, it falls in a spiral shape in the conical space, and after stamping and squeezing, the cracked ore is further crushed.

Vertical sand making machines are widely used for secondary or tertiary crushing in industries such as mineral processing, coal, building materials and chemical engineering, refractory materials, metallurgy, cement, glass, ceramics, power, etc. They are also widely used in the crushing of mechanical building sand, stone materials, and various types of gold slag.
