Working principle:
The dry powder mixer efficiently and quickly mixes materials. Under the movement of the spiral belt on the mixing shaft, the inner and outer spiral belts flip the materials over a large range. The inner spiral belt moves the materials to both sides, while the outer spiral belt moves the materials from both sides inward, mixing the materials back and forth. The other part of the materials are pushed by the spiral belt and move radially along the axial direction, forming a convective cycle. Due to the stirring of the aforementioned movements, the material achieves rapid and uniform mixing in a relatively short period of time.

Structural features:
1. The dry powder mixer is a horizontal U-shaped barrel with a structure of inner and outer spiral belts, which operates smoothly, has low noise, is easy to install and maintain, and has multiple mixer structures, making it a more versatile mixing equipment.
2. The mixing speed is fast, the mixing uniformity is high, especially the viscosity. A scraper can be installed on the spiral belt, which is more suitable for thick and paste mixing.
3. Adopting different spiral belt structures to improve the mixing effect under different mixing requirements (materials must be cleaned after each mixing).
Precautions for using dry powder mixer
When the mixer is running, it is strictly prohibited to open the observation door. All operating parts should rotate in the direction indicated by the arrow. The unit should be installed in a place far away from fire sources, ventilated, and transparent. Non professionals are not allowed to disassemble or modify the circuit control system at will. Do not start the motor under heavy load to avoid overloading and damage to the motor. The lower chamber of the spiral elevator is tightly wrapped with a sealing bag at the lower end of the elevator to prevent dust from entering the bearing and moisture oxidation equipment transmission system. The size of the elevator pit shall be strictly made according to the drawings or the requirements of our factory's technical personnel. Connect the grease pipe at the lower end of the hoist, thread the lower end, and screw the oil nozzle onto the welded flat pad. Ensure smooth and unobstructed oil pipes during installation. The inlet of the hoist hopper must be welded with protective steel bars to prevent heavy objects from entering the spiral.
