| Working principle of metal cake press: Add loose materials to the large hopper above the feeding cylinder. The rear chamber of the feeding cylinder is filled with oil, and the piston rod extends and resets. Then, the rear chamber of the sub cylinder is filled with oil, which drives the piston rod and punch of the main cylinder to quickly press down. When the punch enters the mold cavity, the pressure oil enters the rear chamber of the main cylinder, and the main cylinder begins to attack and compress the material to form chips. After maintaining pressure, the main cylinder slightly retracts, and the rear chamber of the auxiliary cylinder enters with oil. The piston rod retracts, driving the extraction block back to the position where the cake block can be released. The main cylinder continues to descend, and the pressed cake block is pressed out of the mold cavity, The front chamber of the auxiliary cylinder is filled with oil, and the piston rod extends to drive the extraction block to push the cake block out of the cake block, while resetting. The front chamber of the rear sub cylinder is filled with oil, which drives the piston rod and punch of the main cylinder to rise and reset, completing one cake pressing cycle and entering the next cycle program. |
