Product Description

A dryer is a type of drying equipment that refers to a combination of mechanical devices that use certain technical means to dry water or other liquids on the surface of an object. The popular drying techniques mainly include ultraviolet drying, infrared drying, electromagnetic drying, and hot air drying. They have their own characteristics and are widely used in various mechanical equipment and food drying. The common energy sources on the market for dryers are: air heat pumps, gas, biomass, electric heating, steam, coal/firewood, etc. Using a heat source to provide heat to the drying room to drive the internal heating of the drying room, and then combining with the internal circulating air of the drying machine to dry the product, expelling moisture and achieving the purpose of drying.

The working principle of the drying room is based on the reverse Carnot cycle principle, using a small amount of electrical energy to use a compressor. The working medium is evaporated into a gaseous state in the evaporator after passing through an expansion valve, and a large amount of heat energy is absorbed from the air. The gaseous working medium is compressed into a high-temperature and high-pressure gas by the compressor, and then enters the condenser to release heat, heating the drying medium. In this continuous cycle of heating, the drying medium can be heated to 40C~85C. Compared to electric drying machines, it saves 35% -40% of electricity.Suitable for various agricultural products (soybeans, mung beans, and red beans), vegetables (cauliflower, chili peppers, sweet potatoes, artemisia shoots, and rainbow beans), floral tea (tea leaves, honeysuckle, chrysanthemums, osmanthus, and rose flowers).Fruits (mangoes, plums), nuts (pine nuts, walnuts, longans), seasonings (peppercorns, star anise), Chinese herbal medicines (Angelica sinensis, Sichuan scallops), edible mushrooms, wild mushrooms (shiitake mushrooms, red mushrooms, lamb tripe, agaric), meat (dried meat, cured meat, sausages, fish and shrimp, Kunzhong), etc., are dried to retain the aroma of the dried product. The dried product has a good color and appearance.  

Before and after material drying

The air energy heat pump dryer uses the inverse Carnot principle, where the refrigerant (mostly a mixed refrigerant) is compressed by the compressor and becomes a high-temperature and high-pressure gas that enters the heat exchanger (condenser) through a pipeline (copper pipe). Then, the heat generated by the heat exchanger (condenser) is sent to the drying room by the fan to heat and dry food and other materials, thereby drying the materials. The moisture is discharged through the moisture discharge port. The dehumidification system has a heat recovery device, which uses the recovered heat to heat the fresh air, saving 60% to 70% of the energy consumption for preheating the fresh air.
