Product Description

There are two commonly used jaw crushers: double toggle and single toggle. The former is also known as a simple swinging jaw crusher, as the moving jaw only swings in a simple circular arc during operation; The latter moves up and down while swinging in an arc. The jaw crusher is mainly used as a coarse crusher and a medium crusher in mining, building materials, infrastructure and other departments. According to the width of the feeding port, it can be divided into three types: large, medium, and small. Large machines have a feeding port width greater than 600MM, medium machines have a feeding port width between 300-600MM, and small machines have a feeding port width less than 300MM. The jaw crusher has a simple structure, easy manufacturing, and reliable operation.

The working mode of the jaw crusher is a driven extrusion type, and its working principle is: the electric motor drives the belt and pulley, and through the eccentric shaft, the movable jaw moves up and down. When the movable jaw rises, the angle between the elbow plate and the movable forehead increases, thereby pushing the movable jaw plate closer to the fixed jaw plate. At the same time, the material is crushed or chopped to achieve the purpose of crushing; When the moving jaw descends, the angle between the elbow plate and the moving jaw decreases. Under the action of the pull rod and spring, the moving jaw plate leaves the fixed jaw plate, and the broken material is discharged from the lower mouth of the crushing chamber. With the continuous rotation of the electric motor, the crusher performs periodic motion to crush and discharge materials, achieving mass production.
