Product Description

The grain dryer adopts a rotary heating device, which can generate a large amount of hot air in a short period of time. It can kill insect eggs through high-temperature treatment, completely solving the discoloration phenomenon during the drying process. The drying body adopts a metal aluminum inner wall plate, silicone cotton insulation, corrugated color steel plate or aluminum alloy outer wall plate. Digital control and detection are used inside the box to effectively control air circulation, humidification, and heating. 

 

The heat source of the dryer comes from the combustion device, and this dryer adopts a downstream heating method. Therefore, the materials that need to be dried slide into the cylinder from the feed box and feed, which are pushed by the spiral plate. Due to the inclined placement of the dryer, the materials flow to the rear under the action of gravity and rotation, and on the other hand, the materials are repeatedly picked up by the plate, carried to the upper end, and continuously scattered, forming a uniform curtain inside the cylinder, fully exchanging heat with the hot air flow inside the cylinder. Due to the repeated scattering of the materials, The moisture contained is gradually dried to achieve the purpose of drying.

The drum dryer can be made into carbon steel plates for welding or stainless steel materials according to different materials. It is a versatile dryer equipment. The electric motor is decelerated through a triangular belt through a reducer in two stages, and the large gear ring is driven by a small gear to operate the cylinder at the designed speed. The material inside the cylinder is fully heated, thereby achieving uniform drying of the material.
