Product Description

The hammer crusher is composed of a box, rotor, hammer head, impact lining plate, sieve plate, etc. It can not only be used for crushing production lines and sand production lines, but also replace the cone crusher in mineral processing production lines. 

 

During operation, the material is fed into the crushing chamber by a vibrating feeder. The high-speed rotating rotor drives the hammer head to first strike the material, and then the material collides with the impact plate under its own gravity to achieve re crushing. At the same time, materials will also collide and break each other. After multiple processes of stone and iron crushing, the material crushing operation can be completed, and then discharged from the discharge port. The discharged materials enter the screening equipment for screening, and those that meet the standards enter the next production process. Materials that do not meet the particle size requirements are returned to the crusher for secondary crushing.
