Working principle

Installation and commissioning operations
1. Configure the appropriate power cord and control switch according to the power configuration of the device, connect the power supply, and check if the motor direction is correct.
2. The equipment should be installed on a horizontal concrete foundation and fixed with anchor bolts.
3. When installing, it should be noted that the main engine pulley and motor pulley are pulled in a straight line using a triangular belt
4. After installation, check whether the bolts in each part are loose and whether the main engine compartment door is fastened. If there is any looseness, please tighten it
5. It is strictly prohibited to throw wood with stones and nails into the machine to prevent damage to the knives and internal parts.
6. Pay attention to checking the hammer bolts. If any looseness is found, tighten them immediately. When the hammer and bolts are severely worn, they should be replaced
7. After the inspection is completed, conduct a no-load test run, and production can proceed once the test run is normal.
8. When the particles cannot reach the desired size, switch to a different pore size sieve.
9. When replacing the cutting tool, the blade extends 2-4mm beyond the flat surface of the cutting disc, and then tighten the bolt. If the pressure bolt thread is found to be worn, it should be replaced immediately to prevent damage to the sliding disc nut.

Maintenance and upkeep of the machine:
1. The bearings of the host bear all the load of the machine, so good lubrication has a great impact on the bearing life, which directly affects the service life and operating rate of the machine. Therefore, it is required that the injected lubricating oil be clean and sealed well.
2. Each fastening screw is prone to loosening and must be checked regularly. If there is any looseness, it should be tightened in a timely manner
3. Pay attention to checking the wear level of easily worn parts and promptly replace worn parts.
4. Regularly add lubricating oil to the friction position to ensure mechanical performance and lifespan.
5. If the bearing oil temperature rises, it should be stopped immediately to check the cause and eliminate it,
6. If there is any impact sound during the operation of the rotating gear, it should be immediately stopped for inspection and eliminated
7. After the machinery is not in use, it should be placed indoors and the sawdust inside the machinery should be cleaned to avoid affecting future use and production.
