Product Description

The hammer crusher is composed of a box, rotor, hammer head, impact lining plate, sieve plate, etc. It can not only be used for crushing production lines and sand production lines, but also replace the cone crusher in mineral processing production lines. 

During operation, the rotor driven by an electric motor or diesel engine rotates at high speed, and the material is fed into the crushing chamber. The rotating hammer fixed around the rotor impacts, cuts, and tears the material. The crushed material falls onto the baffles and bars of the grate under the action of gravity, while the oversized material remains inside the grate and is broken again by the hammer. The oversized material is discharged from the grate.
