The hydraulic gantry shear is a large scrap steel shearing machine produced by our company. The machine adopts hydraulic drive and button type operation, which can cut various shapes of light and thin materials in cold state. This shearing machine is suitable for cold cutting of various cross-sectional shapes of steel (such as round steel, square steel, channel steel, I-beam, steel plate, steel pipe, etc.) and various waste metal structural components, with its cutting force and cutting edge. This machine has solved the problem of crushing and regenerating large heavy waste furnace materials in application, and is used in steel rolling plants, metallurgical plants, and waste steel treatment and recycling units. In principle, the scrap steel shearing machine uses an automatic feeding box, which means that after the material is grabbed to the upper material box, the waste is automatically transported by the conveyor belt to the cutting point of the blade, and the feeding speed can be adjusted by a speed regulating motor. The material box is equipped with side extrusion oil cylinders on both sides. For large waste materials such as scrapped cars that cannot be cut through the gantry shear blade, the waste can be compressed and reduced through the side extrusion oil cylinder, and then sent to the shear blade through the conveyor platform for cutting.
1. Add a high-pressure filter to the hydraulic system. The hydraulic oil needs to pass through a high-pressure filter before entering the pipeline and hydraulic control valve. (High pressure filter comes with alarm)
2. Independent air cooling: This machine adopts a high air flow air cooling machine to control the oil temperature of the hydraulic oil within the normal range of use. At the same time, the air-cooled machine solves the problem of inconvenient water sources due to the occupied area of the water cooler.
3. PLC manual automatic control box. Can achieve manual and automatic replacement. Equipped with a remote control for remote start, stop, and automatic operation.
4. Pushing groove with pressure cover: It can achieve automatic feeding and simultaneously push the material along the pressure cover to the main cutting machine for cutting.
5. Connecting device at the front end of the cylinder rod. Effectively protect the cylinder rod from damage.
The gantry shear machine has a compact structure and a box shaped structure welded with steel plates, ensuring stable mechanical performance. The shear cylinder body is connected with a ball joint, which improves the stability and service life of the cylinder, adds a front plate guide device, and improves the stress condition of the entire machine. Adopting electro-hydraulic control, it is easy to operate and can achieve automatic circulation of inching and linkage. It is one of the ideal equipment for metal recycling industry and casting workshop material processing.
