Product Description
Product features: Adopting a 220V household circuit, equipped with two 550W vibration motors without pallets, the whole machine weighs 180kg, and the daily production can reach 800 pieces. Production can be operated by a single person, making it easy to move.
Operation instructions: When adding materials, it is necessary to manually rotate the upper mold. The material can be vibrated to increase the compactness of the finished brick. The vibration time can be controlled by manually operating the switch, and the mold can be demolded using aftershock and lever principles.
Direct push automatic vibration type
Product features: Adopting a 220V household circuit, equipped with two 550W vibration motors, without the need for pallets, the whole machine weighs 230kg, and the daily production can reach 1000 pieces. Production can be operated by a single person, making it easy to move.
Operation instructions: Push the upper mold back to add material, shake the pressure rod to increase the density of the finished product. The machine comes with a travel switch, which automatically turns on the vibration switch when the upper mold is pulled back. When the brick height is in place, the vibration stops automatically.
