1. Biomass pellet machine feeding area: The material is not subjected to mechanical external forces at all, and it is in a naturally loose state. However, it is affected by the centrifugal force generated by the reversal of the ring mold, causing the powder to tightly adhere to the inner ring of the ring mold.
2. Compression zone of biomass pellet machine: As the mold roller rotates, the material enters the compression zone. In this area, due to the kneading effect of the mold roller, relative movement occurs between the powder particles, and the pores gradually decrease. With the acceleration of the material's forward movement speed, the squeezing force gradually increases, resulting in smaller pores, but the powder particles have not yet deformed
3. Biomass particle machine kneading area: In the kneading area, the gap between the mold rollers becomes smaller, the kneading force increases sharply, the powder particles further lean and embed, the contact surface between the powder particles increases and the combination strengthens, and the powder particles deform and are well connected, squeezing the compressed powder towards the mold hole together. Granular feed is formed by a length of saturated pressure through the mold hole. This section of the material will undergo elastic and plastic combined deformation, and the material density after pressing will reach around 1.1-1.3g/cm3
4. Biomass pellet machine forming area: The compressed fuel column is already filled in the mold hole, and the new powder is continuously squeezed into the inner side of the mold hole, causing the fuel column to move outward and discharge from the mold hole. At this time, the kneading force will overcome the total friction force of the material column in the mold hole, and the formed particles will be squeezed out.
