Product Description
Ball press is a kind of equipment to press powder materials into balls. Its purpose is to reduce dust, control volume weight, return to use improved transport and other features. The design of the product is mainly used for pressing dry powder into various shapes of pellets.
The screw feeding device is driven by an electromagnetic speed regulating motor, which is rotated by a belt pulley and a worm reducer to forcibly press the pressed material into the main feeding port. Due to the constant torque characteristic of the electromagnetic speed regulating motor, when the material pressure of the screw feeder is equal to the required material quantity of the host machine, a constant supply pressure can be maintained to ensure stable pellet quality. If the feeding amount is too large, the electric overload of the feeding device will not form a ball if the feeding amount is too small. Therefore, proficient operating skills are an important condition for ensuring the normal operation of the briquette briquetting machine.
