It can also crush non wood raw materials (such as hemp stems, reeds, bamboo, corn straw, cotton firewood, etc.). This machine has the characteristics of wide adaptability to raw materials, high output, reasonable structure, easy operation, safety and reliability, and convenient maintenance, making it an ideal biomass crusher worldwide.
The comprehensive crusher is composed of a base, upper and lower feeding systems, chain plates or belt conveyors, knife rollers, comb plates, as well as bottom knives, screens, motors, hydraulic systems, electrical control systems, and other components.
Working principle: Install flying knives or tiger claws on the knife silver, and use specially manufactured high-strength bolts to fix it on the knife roller through pressure blocks; Cut or crush the raw materials, and qualified wood chips fall into the conveyor belt through the holes in the sieve at the bottom of the knife roller and are brought into the silo or the next stage. 2. Each fastening screw is prone to loosening and must be checked regularly. If there is any looseness, it should be tightened in a timely manner
3. Pay attention to checking the wear level of easily worn parts and promptly replace worn parts.
4. Regularly add lubricating oil to the friction position to ensure mechanical performance and lifespan.
5. If the bearing oil temperature rises, it should be stopped immediately to check the cause and eliminate it,
6. If there is any impact sound during the operation of the rotating gear, it should be immediately stopped for inspection and eliminated
7. After the machinery is not in use, it should be placed indoors and the sawdust inside the machinery should be cleaned to avoid affecting future use and production.
