The crude oil is pumped into the oil refining pot for degumming and neutralization operations. The soap feet are emptied from the bottom tube and placed in the soap feet bucket. When the soap feet contain a lot of oil, stop placing the soap feet, and the soap feet are pumped into the soap feet tank. The remaining oil in the refining tank is mixed into the next tank to continue. The clear oil transferred from the refining tank is washed with water and then sent to the decolorization tank for adsorption and decolorization. The decolorized oil is pumped to the plate and frame filter for filtration, then transferred to a polishing filter for further filtration. After being cooled by a cooler, it enters the decolorized clear oil tank. The decolorized clear oil is sucked into the deodorizer pot by the clean oil tank through the heat exchange tank for deodorization. The deodorization is carried out under a residual pressure of 3-5 microns. The deodorized oil is placed in the heat exchange tank, and after completion, the next batch of decolorized clear oil is sucked into the deodorizer pot through the heat exchange tank and enters the next round of deodorization. After heat exchange, the deodorized oil in the heat exchange tank is cooled with cold water, pumped out for polishing and filtration, and then enters the finished oil tank.
