Working principle: The drying hot air flow enters the cylinder to dry materials through the combustion chamber through the furnace nozzle, and the combustion smoke and water vapor generated during drying are discharged by the smoke and dust removal device through the exhaust duct. The temperature of the gas entering the cylinder is tested by a thermocouple on the feeding chamber, and the furnace temperature is adjusted by controlling the amount of coal burned and the flow rate of natural air.
 

The material enters the rotating cylinder from the feeding port, and is continuously flipped and scattered by the plate to maintain good contact with dry and hot gas, achieving intense heat exchange, and allowing the material to dry. The dried material flows out from the discharge port, and the entire process is continuous. The cylinder of the dryer is supported by front and rear rolling rings on the blocking wheel device and the supporting wheel device, and the blocking wheel on the blocking wheel device prevents the cylinder from moving back and forth.

The transmission device is driven by an electric motor through a cycloidal pinwheel reducer to rotate the large gear on the cylinder. There are sealing devices at both ends of the cylinder to prevent cold air from entering the cylinder and the smoke and dust from entering the combustion chamber. The materials accumulated in the simplified, feed and discharge rooms can be cleaned.
